We've begun to implement the first step in our new comment system, which now only allows registered members to post comments. Mozilla 0.9.3 brings substantial stability improvements to the open-source browser, and includes Mac-specific support for Proxy Auto-config. The user interface and Chatzilla have also received enhancements. Mozilla.org officials say that the new build is more stable than Netscape 4.78.
