So, Apple is now making nano's differently and shipping a case. So, what are they going to do about the existing Nano's? Do we get a case? What about the seemingly endless scratches? I guess we will have to wait on the lawsuits and jump on? Shame that Apple won't do the right thing without having to get beat up in court and the press.

Soon after I got my nano, it developed scratches. So, I called Apple, and they cheerfully offered my money back--even though my nano was engraved. With excellent customer service like that, I'm now an Apple afficianado. So, I'm going to buy a black 60G video iPod and an invisibleShield http://www.theinvisibleshield.com/ for it. :)
