iPod-compatible bed

Leggett and Platt has unveiled an iPod-compatible bed at the Computer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The 'Starry Night Sleep Technology Bed' features a built-in iPod dock Wi-Fi connectivity, and a surround sound speaker system. An LCD projector, dual temperature controls, and DVR functionality also treat users looking to lounge around in bed. The high-tech furniture is priced between $20,000-$50,000, according to Macworld UK.

The Starry Night Sleep Technology Bed also offers vibration detection designed to trigger when a sleeper is snoring. The bed automatically raises 7-degrees upon detecting a snoring sleeper, and returns to its original position once the storing ceases.

"I know it sounds like a lot, but you show me somebody that sleeps in a bed with someone that snores; I will show you a person that thinks $20,000 is a very small amount to pay to solve that problem," said Mark Quinn, a vice president for Leggett & Platt's bedding division.

For that, I suggest nasal surgery over a bed. Divorce is also an option, though it may be a more expensive one.
