RadTech restoration clini

RadTech on Monday announced its annual notebook restoration clinic alongside a fully stocked company store with special show pricing at this week's Macworld Expo. Once again, RadTech will host daily notebook restoration clinics, offering attendees the opportunity to bring their display and chassis damaged notebooks to RadTech's booth for demos of its preventive maintenance and restoration products and solutions (for a display or chassis). Conference attendees can also evaluate and test RadTech's full line of over 600 products, including seven new ones for iPhone and iPod, four new luggage and case offerings for notebooks, eight digital audio and high-definition video connectivity solutions and a new high-speed eSATA interface for the latest Apple's notebook computers.

New product lines being released this week will include:

• SLAM clip case with video stand for iPhone. The 1.8mm thick case covers the backside of the iPhone, features a beltclip, weighs about 1 ounce and is available for $15.
  
• Gelz silicone cases for iPhone and iPod (Classic, Touch and Nano). The 1.8mm thick cases are made from low-tack silicone. They are regularly $13, but are available for $9 as an introductory offer.
  
• Armor Series waterproof cases for iPhone and iPod classic, touch and nano.
  
• Defender Series rugged cases for iPhone and iPod classic, touch and nano.
  
• ClearCal protective films for iPhone and iPod (Classic, Touch and Nano). The transparent mylar film protection is available for $10 (iPhone display only) or $18 (full coverage).
  
• DockExtender cables for iPhone and iPod.
  
• ProCable audio extension and adapter cables for iPhone. The 3.5mm Male-to-Female fits iPhone's small recessed audio jack and allows the use of all headphones with iPhone. It is available in either 3-inch or 4-inch varieties. Both are $8.
  
• ProCable Gold Series cabling for analog, digital and optical audio, and Std / HD video. The lineup features HDMI-HDMI (1 or 2m for $20 and $25, respectively); HDMI-DVI (3m, $25), HDMI-DVI Adapter (M or F, $13), TOSLINK (2m, $15), HD VGA-VGA (5m $20), and Composite Audio + Video (1.2m, $8).
  
• eSATA ExpressCard 34 adapter for MacBook Pro notebook computers. The 2-port card supports Native Command Queing (NCQ) and boasts transfer speeds of up to 1.5Gbps. It is available for $70.
  
• BongoTies reusable cable management solutions. The natural rubber ties feature a birch wood twister and cost $5 for a 10-pack.
