Grafly graphical calc

Em Software has introduced Grafly, a graphical calculator application for the iPhone or iPod touch. The program provides equation graphing interactivity, touch-based zoom and scroll for arbitrarily complex graphs, and a "live gravity" mode that allows the graph to be viewed from different angles by moving the device "around the figure." Both 2D and 3D equations are supported, with shading, lighting, and inside/outside distinctions.

As a graph is explored, the program computers surfaces in real time in the background. A history of equations is stored for future reference or editing. Axes and grids can be turned on or off, and the gravity and tilt modes can be calibrated. Help can be obtained with a built in mini-browser or info display, and over 30 sample equations are provided as examples and learning tools.

    Not a great app

Apps like Quick Graph plots various surfaces at the time, and it is free.

No key points in this app.

    Check Quick Graph.
