Users report iTunes Store login issues
A number of visitors to the iTunes Store on Friday have been unable to properly access the site, or its services, according to tips sent to MacNN and discussions at Apple's support forums. People are reporting being unable to log in to the store, and as a result, they are not only unable to view account details, but perform functions such as buy new files or authorize existing purchases. Music not bought through iTunes Plus will refuse to sync with iPhones and iPods if it is not authorized online.
The bad logins are associated with a "1020" error, and are also said to be interfering with the ability to update applications bought through the App Store. Apple has not yet responded to complaints, but service appears to be resuming for at least some iTunes users.

Mix, Burn, Rip
Don't forget to make an audio CD backup of your iTunes purchases so you can "Mix, Burn, Rip" them back when the iTunes Store isn't behaving.

Sorry, that was me. I forgot the username that I use on iTunes, and I thought it was a problem with the entire system.
I'd also apologize to my local desktop computer administrator, who had to restore my entire MacBook from backup - at first I thought my MacBook has a virus, but it turns out that I was just trying to log in with my iTunes account name instead of my Mac username.

Are you for real? What sort of admin do you have that would restore your laptop because you had a virus? and secondly who would even think that when there are no mac viruses.

Apparently you have no idea thatsome viruses so ingrain themselves, the only safe way to get rid of them is to wipe the disk.
And there are Mac trojans and other hacks/backdoors/infestations. The same kind of stuff people get in the PC world.
