Twittelator Pro 1.5 supports alternate services
Stone Design says it has released the v1.5 update to Twittelator Pro, its high-end Twitter client for the iPhone and iPod touch. The software simplifies the process of posting tweets from a handheld, by means of features like streamlined views, multiple accounts, and the ability to paste images, links and text. Version 1.5 of the app introduces support for another microblogging service, identi.ca, and photo uploads to the Pikchur hosting service.
Also new is the Dove theme, which uses a black-on-white color scheme, and automatic shortening of URLs before tweeting. To "re-tweet," users can now just tap and hold their finger when reading a post. Twittelator Pro costs $5 from the App Store, and requires v2.1 of the iPhone firmware.
