  • ACTCurrency (Universal Currency Converter) ($1) is a universal currency converter that retrieves daily exchange rates for over 190 world currencies. The app also includes options for adding additional currencies but these have to be updated manually. The app performs calculations as you type and also converts the value two ways. This allows one to see both how much something would cost in their home country and how their domestic currency converts into the foreign currency.

  • WordsWorth ($1) is a word game where users link letters from inside a grid to form different words. The grid can set to be 4x4 up to 7x7 and more points can be gained by creating longer words and using rare letters. The game features 20 levels with different rankings and options for customizing the game to a players needs.

  • iMenorah ($2) allows a user to take part in the tradition of lighting a Menorah on their iPhone. This allows those that are traveling, commuting or otherwise unable to partake in the tradition to still participate in a small way. The candles can be lit with the touch of a finger and blessings are sung in the background in Hebrew. The app also shows the right number of candles during each day of Chanukah (Hanukkah) and they each will melt over time. The developers also are going to take a minimum of 10% of the proceeds and donate them to the San Francisco Jewish Community Center.

  • HolidayFrames ($2) is a tool that takes pictures from an iPhone or iPod touch photo library and adds festive frames. The application includes over 25 frames ranging from formal borders to Santa hats and scarves. Once customized, users can then share their photos via e-mail or the PhotoShare network.

  • Moo Shake! ($1) is a kids game that requires them to match up animal heads, bodies and feet until the animal is complete. When the iPhone is shook the various parts shuffle around while barking, mooing and meowing. Also incorporating a competitive element, players can also play against the clock racing to complete animals before time runs out.
