TheSnapper, Email It Later
Crazy Drops ($3) is a fast-paced puzzle game, in which the player's objective is to keep the game area clear of drops. As the drops multiply, players can arrange them into groups of four, which causes them to evaporate. The title features three different modes including single-player, a network option and a solitaire game. Twelve levels of increasing difficulty are present, each with their own original music.PayShield ($4) simplifies access to PayPal accounts from an iPhone or iPod touch. The app is based on the PayPal API Credentials, and offers the ability to check balance or transaction history, refund a transaction, or send money to any e-mail address.
Egg Master ($2) is a cooking app that helps users boil eggs to preference. Sliders are used to select the size of the eggs in question, and decide how tough the end result should be. The app then calculates the amount of time eggs should be boiled, and automatically sets up a timer.
TheSnapper ($1) allows users to operate the iPhone's camera via snapping, clapping or yelling. The software uses the microphone to listen for sounds, and when one of the trigger sounds is detected, the shutter snaps. Mic sensitivity can be adjusted as necessary so the shutter will only respond to louder sounds. All pictures taken can be saved directly to the Photo Library, or previewed first.
Email It Later ($1) lets users write an e-mail and schedule it to be sent at a later date or time. Messages are written as usual, but once completed, present options for when to send them. This can be used to send reminders ahead of an important date, such as a birthday or meeting.

...i was quite keen on Email It Later until i read how it works! your email is sent to them and then mailed out from their servers at the desired date/time :-(
re desktops/laptops:
it's always puzzled me why this feature isn't incorporated into the OS as is delayed printing is!
i've NEVER wanted to 'hold' a print job but would LOVE to have the ability to send an email i'd finished at 0200hrs to be sent at a more 'standard' time such as 0800hrs!
