Safe Eyes Mobile for iPhon

InternetSafety.com has launched an Internet filtering app for the iPhone and iPod touch, Safe Eyes Mobile. Previously announced at the Macworld Expo, Safe Eyes Mobile works as its own web browser, and allows users to designate what types of content can be viewed while surfing. The title comes complete with over 35 different website categories, which users can customize to set a desired protection level.

Users can additionally create multiple profiles to set per-person restrictions, and carry over account information from the Mac version of Safe Eyes. Preventing people from accessing unauthorized websites, however, requires disabling Safari and other app installs. Safe Eyes Mobile can be downloaded from the App Store at a cost of $20.

    censorship

Great, just what we need, a way to censor web browsing on the iPhone. The whole concept of the internet is free expression and dissemination of ideas. If you're worried about your kids surfing p*** with their iPhone, then why are you getting them an iPhone?
