SpongeBob Treasures

THQ Wireless has released SpongeBob Atlantis Treasures, an application for the iPhone and iPod touch that features characters from the Nickelodeon animated series SpongeBob SquarePants. Atlantis Treasures takes place in five different rooms in the Atlantean fortress. Users must solve puzzle challenges by matching up falling objects, eventually discovering the hidden treasure. To match the objects, the 3D game board can be spun with a finger swipe.

The treasure room can be used to matches jewels, while the weapon room contains explosive mines and the science room is filled with molecules. An art area is used features paintballs, and a bubble room is used to match bubbles.

Characters included in the game are SpongeBob, Sandy Cheeks, Mr Krabs and Patrick. Players can take advantage of special objects such as color blasts, column blasts and row blasts, while wild cards will either help the player or increase the difficult.

SpongeBob Atlantis Treasures can be downloaded from the app store and is priced at $4.
