iBoo iPod dock

Speakal has released its latest iPod accessory, the iBoo dock featuring a 'spooky' design. The two eyes serve as mid- and high-range speakers, while the smiling mouth offers an infrared sensor for remote control input. Along with the two smaller speakers, the housing also contains a nine-watt subwoofer that brings the total output power to 15 watts. A variety of iPod cradles are included, along with a 3.5mm input jack for connecting other devices.

The dock is designed to be environmentally friendly, meeting RoHS standards that require the construction materials to be free of lead, mercury, cadmium and other toxic compounds.

The iBoo is available now for $90, including a one-year manufacturers warranty. Three different color variations are available including red, white and blue.
