  • MyWeather ($10) is a weather application that features an interactive heads up radar display, animated satellite imagery, and radar data caching. The application allows users to control terrain settings (road or aerial), animated overlay (radar or satellite with radar), opacity, and play/pause loop. Users can also choose between inches or millibars of pressure as well as Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature.

  • Property Manager ($5) is a real estate analysis tool for iPhone and iPod Touch. After entering some basic information about the property users can view performance projections that show a true apples-to-apples comparison between properties. The projections include measurements such as net operating income, cash flow, capitalization rate, return on investment, return on equity, and potential cash-out refinance.

  • FedEx Mobile (free) gives users access to up-to-date shipment tracking information on their iPhone or iPod touch. Users can enter various packages to track by entering their individual tracking numbers. Each shipment can then be nicknamed or monitored and users can add additional notes to each.

  • Everyday Idioms ($1) is a dictionary of common idioms (a phrase or expression that means something different from what the words actually say). The idioms have been broken down alphabetically allowing users to flip through a list or one can use a search field to look for a specific phrase. After finding the desired idiom a user can select it and find out the meaning behind the phrase.

  • NewsBrief (free) is a feed reader that presents all new and unread news items in an inbox like layout. Users can enter feeds they want to track by entering a URL and the application will obtain all of the needed information for displaying the feed.
