Picture Safe 2

Collect3 and Revolutionary Concepts have announced Picture Safe 2.0, an update to the privacy app for the iPhone and iPod touch. The latest version adds wireless import and export abilities, with support for both PC and Mac systems. The photos are stored in a separate area that can only be accessed by entering an encrypted password. The images can be navigated from within the app, with full support for swipe, zoom and rotation controls.

A 'Snoop-Stopper' feature allows users to set a limit to the number of incorrect password attempts. Two different passwords allow access to either the real picture library or a separate set of safe pictures. A 'quick hide' function can also be used to quickly display a safe picture when browsing through private images.

Picture Safe 2.0 is available from the App Store for $2.
