  • Smart Surfing (free) is a web browser for the iPhone and iPod touch that includes extra security measures to help users avoid visiting sites that may contain malicious content. When a URL is entered it is checked against Trend Micro's Web Reputation database. If it is identified as a site that contains malicious content users are presented with warning allowing them to continue to the site or not. Smart Surfing also includes options that allow users to set the protection strength.

  • sketchr ($1) is an accelerometer based port of the classic Etch-A-Sketch for the iPhone and iPod touch. Users start by tapping where they want to start drawing and then begin tilting the device to guide the line in different patters. The application also features a shake to erase feature and the ability to save finished pictures to the Photo application.

  • Gorillas ($1) an iPhone port of the classic DOS game Gorillas. The game is turn based and has players aiming to blast their opponents using carefully aimed explosive bananas. The direction and speed of the throw is determined by where a player touches the screen. The game also includes several different world themes and character themes.

  • Speed Box ($3) uses the iPhone's built in GPS to determine the speed and direction a user is traveling in. The application features four different analog speedometer styles and colors and includes an odometer for determining distance traveled. Speed Box also includes a mirrored display HUD mode that allows users to place the phone on the dashboard and view the display as a reflection in the car's windshield.

  • iHearU ($1) is a sound meter with features that make it useful as a baby monitor and car alarm. The application logs all sound activity and can be set to call a designated phone number if a certain sound level is reached. The application also features a call forwarding feature that helps prevent the phones ringer setting off the alarm.
