Gameloft releases Assassin's Creed for iPhone

Gameloft has released Assassin's Creed - Altair's Chronicles for the iPhone and iPod touch. Gamers take the role of Altair, a master assassin, in his travels to Jerusalem in the year 1191. Amid the third crusade between the Crusaders and the Saracens, the player must find "The Chalice." Stealing the object from the Templars prevents them from selling it to the highest bidder.
The assassin skills include acrobatic moves, combo attacks, swordsmanship and kicks. Gamers choose between six types of weapons such as swords, daggers, grappling hook and bombs.
Assassin's Creed is now available from the App Store for $10.
