Speck has launched a second-generation iPod touch version of its CandyShell case. The cases combine a hard outer shell with a soft, rubberized inner lining and have access to all ports. The power and volume controls have touch-through covers with contrasting accent colors. The CandyShell comes in two color options, Lemon Drop Liquorice, a high-gloss black shell with bright yellow interior and outer accents, and Cranberry White Truffle, a high-gloss white shell with cranberry red interior and accents.

The CandyShells arrive with a cleaning cloth and removable screen-protector film. They retail for $35 at Speck's website, Apple stores and Apple.com.
