Onkyo ND-S1 iPod dock

Onkyo has recently introduced its first iPod dock, the ND-S1, which can connect to home theater systems thanks to its digital optical and coaxial audio outputs or composite audio and video outputs. The dock will support 16-bit audio playback at up to 48kHz. It syncs with Macs and Windows PCs through USB and bundles a remote control to steer the iPod when it isn't attached to a computer.

Compatible models include the iPod classic, nano and touch, though iPhones are not supported. The docked devices are charged when plugged into the dock. Pricing is yet to be announced, though the ND-S1 is expected to ship in the fall. [via Impress]
