Two iPhone apps support tweeting video in updates

Stone Design has launched Twittelator Pro 3.2, updating its Twitter client for the iPhone. The app has three built in themes, supports multiple accounts, can shoot, edit and tweet video on an iPhone 3GS and can record and tweet audio clips. It supports offline composing and automatically sends the tweet when back on a network. Twittelator Pro can save and reuse drafts, supports Cut/Copy/Paste/Select and Undo as well as retreating.

Twittelator Pro v3.2 adds photo upload to a user's WordPress site via the free TweetPress plug-in, giving users more control of their photos. Version 3.2 also supports claiming ownership of shortened links from bit.ly. Custom themes can be user created and tweeted, and new themes from other users can be installed with a single tap. Language translation is new in v3.2, as is support for longer tweets via TwitLonger. The new update also supports mapping the location of tweeters.

iPhone 3GS video support has also been added to free twitter app SimplyTweet Lite 2.2. The app allows iPhone users to browse conversations, watch timelines, post and rewet messages and save drafts. The video feeds are supported by Posterous and yfrog.

Both twitter clients require iPhone software version 3.0 or higher. Twittelator Pro 3.2 is available or $5 on the iTunes App Store, as is the free SimplyTweet Lite v2.2.
