Marware, SwitchEasy launch new iPhone 3G, iPod nano cases

Cubes iPod nano 5G case, Accent for iPhone 3G


SwitchEasy and Marware have released new protective cases for the iPhone 3G and 3GS, as well as Apple’s latest iPod nano 5G. Cubes by SwitchEasy features a duotone silicone design somewhat resembling a checker-board style, and offers tears resistant material that protects against scratches, scrapes or bumps. It is made for the iPod nano 5G and comes with additional guards to help protect the devices click-wheel, screen, and 30-pin connector. Cubes is currently available in Black, Red, Blue, Pink, and Yellow colors.

In addition, Marware has launched its Accent carrying case for the iPhone 3G and 3G S, delivering a glossy leather style with a flip-top design. The case also features an elastic siding for both sliding in the iPhone and making sure it stays securely in place, and allows users to simply flip the top up in order to access the iPhone’s controls. W

hile the case is closed users still receive access to the camera, volume buttons, headphone mini jack, and dock connector. The Accent carrying case comes in eight different colors including BlueBerry, Bubble Gum, Cherry, Chocolate, Lemon Ice, Licorice, Orange Sorbet and Vanilla.

Both cases are available from their consecutive websites, with the Cubes case priced at $13 and the Accent costing $30.
