Also begins free shipping program

As with a number of other companies, Apple has launched special Cyber Monday online deals. The discounts do not cover Apple's own products, but rather a collection of third-party Mac, iPod and iPhone accessories. Some iPhone gear on sale includes the mophie Juice Pack Air, $8 cheaper at $72, and the MoGo Talk for iPhone, a case/headset combo down $13 to $117.

Vestax's Spin DJ controller is now $225, and the 500GB LaCie Starck USB drive has been cut to $126. A $50 discount remains available on the Home and Student Edition of Office 2008, and Monster's Beats Studio Dr. Dre headphones are $30 less at $270. Three L.A.M.B. bags have dropped in price by between $10 and $40.

The sale also marks the beginning of free shipping for all online orders until 10AM Pacific time on December 23rd. The Cyber Monday promotion ends today at 11:59PM Pacific.

Those battery cases are good to have.
