Collections focus on themes, unpopular titles

Apple has introduced a special Movie Bundles section to the iTunes Store. Here the company is grouping together two or more movies at a discount, with prices ranging between $10 and $35. Most bundles are concentrated around particular themes, such as the first two Godfather films, or actor Harvey Keitel.

Some bundles have only loose associations, such as science fiction or romantic comedy. Other attempt to sell unpopular or lesser-known titles alongside more famous ones, such as Curse of the Golden Flower alongside Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. On the US iTunes Store only one bundle, the $35 Jason Statham Action Pack, is available in HD.
