Movies Now HD 2.1 adds iPhone 4 support, iPad improvements

Kodu has launched an update to Movies Now HD, a movie ticket app for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The app allows users to purchase tickets from over 11,000 cinemas within the US, along with 3,000 screens in Canada. It offers password protection for credit card information and an integrated browser for viewing showtimes. Version 2.1 adds full support for iOS 4, as well as compatibility with the 960x640 display of the iPhone 4.
Other alterations range from overall performance enhancements for the iPad and iPhone 3G/3GS, to a new “Cinema Favorites” feature that allows users to choose their preferred movie theatres. Finally, new ratings such as 15 and PG have been added for users with children, and bug fixes have been made to the Profile Tab for users from Canada and the UK.
Movies Now HD 2.1 requires iOS 3.0 or higher, and is available for download from the App Store for $2.
