iPad app gets new translations

Auction site eBay has broadened the international support of its apps for iOS and Android devices. In the former category, eBay Selling is now available in the German and UK App Stores. The app is said to be intended for "casual" sellers, and so doesn't support all eBay.com options; it does, however, let people quickly snap a picture for insertion into a listing.

eBay for iPad has just been translated into French, Italian, German and Spanish, and is available in 77 countries. The Android app can now be downloaded through the Android Markets in Australia, Canada and the UK. A notable difference versus the iOS app is support for voice search.
