Could wrap in early changes from 4.1 beta
A minor update of iOS, 4.0.1, could be released today, a Greek site says. The claim is based only on a "reliable source," but the site previously and successfully forecast the release of iPhone 2.2 in 2008. The content of the newly alleged update has not been leaked, but it's speculated that it may in fact wrap in the changes of the first v4.1 beta.
This would likely mean a correction to cellular reception reporting, and taller signal bars. It would come just a day before an impromptu Apple press conference, which is generally expected to provide a solution to -- or at least address -- the reception problems some iPhone 4 buyers have been experiencing. Especially as the difficulties don't seem to be fixed in the iOS 4.1 beta, Apple is likely to announce either the distribution of free bumper cases or a complete recall of affected iPhones.

Well, it must be true
I mean, two years ago they correctly guessed, er, I mean revealed, the release data of an update to the iPhone OS. Thus, any other claims must be taken as a 'good possibility' since, well, they got 'one right'.
