Netflix for iOS now true universal app

Netflix this morning posted its long promised iPhone version as a universal app (free, App Store) that works with both the iPhone and iPod touch as well as the iPad. In its smaller form, the movie streaming app has a true native interface rather than a recreation of the website on Apple's tablet. Movie viewers can still add to and manage the movie queue as well as resume from where they left off when playing on another device.

Streaming works over both 3G and Wi-Fi.

As with the iPad and every other Netflix source, the iPhone-sized version needs at least a standard $9 Netflix subscription. Internet streaming doesn't disrupt regular Blu-ray or DVD rentals and is unlimited in itself, although the selection isn't as large as for physical copies.

    NO DVD QUEUE MANAGEMENT

I am simply dumbfounded the Netflix-branded app fails to include DVD queue management.

The omission is bigger than Kim Kardashian's a** (yep, pretty darn big).

Please include this feature in the next version.

    DVD Queue

The app is about streaming and watching movies, not a bloated app to be able to handle everything you could want to do with Netflix!

And can't you just use your web browser to manage your queue? Isn't that why it is there?

    Video Out?

Anyone try to see if it can handle video out to a TV?
