XtremeMac launches audio docks for iPod, iPhone

XtremeMac on Wednesday launched two new audio docks for the iPod and iPhone, the Luna SST and 3 in 1 Microdock. The former has dual alarms and sports a detachable speaker for flexibility in its location, such as on each nightstand on the sides of a bed. Each alarm can go off in one speaker and come from the built-in FM radio, chime or the connected iPod or iPhone. Snooze and activate/deactivate buttons are found on each speaker.

The 3 in 1 Microdock is made to be more portable and gets a traveling cover. It plays music from an iPod or iPhone through its twin neodymium drivers. It also has a 3.5mm audio jack input for connecting other audio devices. Both docks charge the Apple devices as well.

XtremeMac offers an alarm clock app (free, App Store) that works in conjunction with these docks. Among other things, it allows users to choose the song which wakes them. The Luna SST and 3 in 1 Microdock are available now for $130 and $60, respectively.
