MySpace launches modernized mobile site

Social networking site MySpace on Tuesday announced it has launched a new site optimized for mobile devices with modern WebKit browsers. This includes iOS devices, Android, Palm and modern Symbian^3 and BlackBerry 6 devices from Nokia and RIM, respectively. The site features music and celebrity news and offers video content, but there is no music streaming.

Also due in the next few weeks is an updated iPhone app, MySpace says. The current version remained unchanged since January, and lacks features such as push notifications, instant messaged or status updates. The new app will get all of these functions. [via AllThingsD]

Got it. "Kicks out" is like "rolls out" not like "throws out". Note to self: get a new dictionary.
