JBL intros $150 Apple dock with rotating stand

JBL on Tuesday debuted its On Beat speaker dock for portable Apple iOS devices. The universal dock is shaped to fit iPads along with iPods and iPhones, and can rotate them by 90 degrees to simplify watching videos. The dock will charge the devices and has an equalizer for its 360-degree sound stage.

An IR remote is included, and an RCA output will send video to a connected TV. Both USB and aux inputs allow for connecting other sources as well. Each Phoenix SE driver puts out 4W, and the dock boasts an 80dB signal-to-noise ratio.

The dock ships in April for $150.
