Gives road warriors protection, power and charging

Battery-maker Energizer has launched the iSurge Travel Charging Station. The multifunction device integrates surge protection, three AC outlets, and two USB ports with a charging dock for iPods and iPhones. The station goes so far as to include its own nightlight.

The power plug rotates to help fit into more difficult environments. It uses standard AC and can mix and match combinations of devices plugged into the AC, USB, and iOS dock connections.

The iSurge Travel Charging Station will be available in October at a price of $60.
