ProtectedSMS for iOS released

Syncro Soft has launched a new version of its Subversion client for the Mac, while Protected Mobility has released a secure messaging app for iOS devices


Syncro Soft has released the latest version of its Subversion client for the Mac, Syncro SVN Client 7.1. The new version introduces a reworked flexible layout, as well as a redesigned History View. Thew updated design improves the way information is displayed by grouping revisions by their commit date and adding a tree-like representation of the affected patch used for filtering them by location. In addition, the update also improves the syntax highlight engine of built-in editors and fixes a number of issues. Syncro SVN Client with a one-year maintenance pack costs $59, while a full site license costs $2970.

Protected Mobility launches ProtectedSMS

ProtectedSMS, a secure messaging app for iOS devices, has been launched by Protected Mobility. The software works cross platform and allows users to communicate with both secure and non-secure contacts. All messages are encrypted with the company's FIPS-140-2 certified encryption algorithms, helping to ensure that private information remains confidential. In addition, ProtectedSMS allows users to purchase a phone number for sending and rescuing text messages via the etherSMS cloud-based messaging service.
