Allows cheaper episode purchases

Apple has quietly rolled out a new feature on the iTunes Store, Complete My Season Pass. The concept is similar to the Complete My Album option for music. If a person already has some episodes of a TV show on iTunes, they can now buy the rest of a season at a discounted Season Pass rate, instead of paying for a full Season Pass or buying remaining episodes individually.

Apple has been gradually improving its TV offerings in the past year. While an effort at 99 cent show rentals was short-lived, Apple TV owners can now stream purchased episodes without having to have them hosted on another device nearby. The company is reported to be working on a full-scale TV set, for which it may still need to improve iTunes' video offerings.

    Nice!

Way to go Apple. We buy a lot of tv shows on itunes & it sucks to buy a few, find out you like the show, and then have to buy the rest of them individually since the season pass price costs more than the episodes you have left to buy.
