Company is celebrating 10 years in business

Accessory maker XtremeMac, showing at CES on the occasion of its 10th anniversary in the market, has taken the wraps off two new products today -- a lightweight, portable Bluetooth stereo speaker that also features a line-in jack for other music players, and a line of multi-device iOS charging docks that rely on the slim design of iOS products and which offer a full 10 watts in each port, with one model offering up to five charging slots.

The Soma BT (seen below) includes a rechargeable internal battery for up to six hours of playing time and is compatible with streaming audio Bluetooth devices. It uses a pair of two-watt speakers with a passive radiator design, and also sports a built-in mic for hands-free calling with Bluetooth smartphones. The unit has a line-in for non-Bluetooth audio devices and uses a USB mini-cable (included) for recharging the internal battery.

The company has also added three charging docks under the InCharge family name. The InCharge Duo Plus has slots for two devices, the InCharge X3 has room for three iOS devices, and the InCharge X5 can handle up to five devices, each with the 10 watts required by iPads. The slots can be used even if the device is inside a case, and the kit comes with adjustable rear support for different-sized devices, and two-color LED charging indicators as well as rubber feet to prevent any slipping while inserting or removing iOS devices.

The InCharge charging docks will ship in this quarter, while the Soma BT will be available in the second quarter of the year. A single-slot InCharge dock is already available on the company's website. Pricing on the units has not yet been announced.
